Seize the Birthday has a wonderful sketch as an "option" for their challenge this week and I found some time to play along. Last week I was playing with alcohol inks and made several panels which you can find here. Lagoon Card Stock, Balloon Animals greeting, Lagoon ink, Wood Hearts and Lagoon Shimmer Brush were used to accent the pretty alcohol inked panel. Stitched Rectangle Frame Thin Cut Dies were used to frame the border and focal panel.
