Artistry Octopus In Atlantic Hearts Sketch #118

Welcome back to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge blog post.  This is the final one for me as new Design Team members will be joining the team.  It was a great pleasure and honor to work with the talented AHSC designers.

Color Dare #152 Meets Tuesday Morning Sketch #310

Use Your Stash Blog Hop with Red, White and Blue

It's time for our monthly Use Your Stash Blog Hop!  We are a group of Close to My Heart consultants who are trying to use up some of our craft supplies.  If you are coming from Marilee Eatough's blog you are on the right track.

Fun in the Sun for Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog

Bugaboo is sponsoring this week's challenge at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog and I was able to feature this wonderful Bugaboo lighthouse image in my card.


The waves and wave frame were cut with the Close to My Heart Artbooking cartridge.  The oval land piece was cut from Basic Shapes in Design Space.  The papers are all from Close to My Heart:  Sky Blue (retired), Pacifica and Cashmere.  The waves were outlined with the CTMH Chalk Marker.

Digital Scrapbooking Studio J Special

Here is a layout I made in Close to My Heart's Studio J digital scrapbooking program.  I'm sharing it with you now to let you know that there is special pricing for your layouts until July 31.

Personalized 60th Anniversary Card with Artbooking Text

My friends are celebrating a milestone anniversary so I made them a card using Design Space and Close to My Heart's Artbooking cricut cartridge.



I was able to program Design Space to both cut Happy Anniversary, hearts and 6o and write their names onto the hearts.  The inspiration for my card came from Freshly Made Sketch #195.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch #116 Meets Pals Paper Arts Challenge #259

Welcome back to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge blog post!  Here is the sketch:

Although it may be difficult to see the scalloped border is actually silver foil CS.  I created the border in Design Space using Close to My Hearts Artbooking cartridge.  You can use my cut file here.  The joined hearts are a cut from Gypsy Wanderings which was actually a group of 4 that I trimmed down.

Color Dare #150 Meets Sunday Stamps Sketch #104

Welcome back to another Color My Heart Color Dare challenge blog post!  This week we are challenging you to create using the following Close to My Heart colors:  Sunset, Sweet Leaf, Slate and White Daisy.  (If you don't have these CTMH colors yet feel free to use similar colors).


The focal point of my card was created with the Artfully Sent cricut cartridge (Icon page 27).   The White Daisy background panel was stamped with the CTMH Diamond embossing folder. (I brayered Sweet Leaf ink onto the embossing folder and then hand pressed the color onto the paper.)
