Atlantic Hearts Sketch #463 with a Numbered Birthday Card

Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post!  This week our sketch features 3 matted vertical panels with a circular element and horizontal strip with a sentiment. I made this birthday card for my nephew Mathew. My card showcases patterned paper from Sawyer and uses stamps from the retired Party Girl stamp set and Junior Varsity Alphabet.  Harbour Ink, Versamark Ink and Polysparkle Tinsel Embossing Powder were used.  The bubbles were colored in with Shortbread Shimmer Brush and Harbour Shimmer Brush.

This second view shows how sparkly the shimmer brushes and embossing powders are.

Here is our fabulous sketch that inspired my card layout and for you to try.  Our challenge is open until Sunday evening, March 13 and you can link up your project here.  We look forward to visiting your blogs and leaving some bloggy comment love. Please stop by our blog on Wednesday to see what the rest of the talented Design Team has to inspire you.

Numbered Birthday Card with Freshly Made Sketch #525

Our friend Neil will be celebrating a milestone birthday this week so I made him a card based on Freshly Made Sketch #525.

The sparkly hexagon background paper is You Are Enough from Close to my Heart and Glacier and Peacock cardstocks form the mats for the Honey Bee Buzzword dies.  The Rose Gold Foil cardstock came from Recollections.  The balloons are from Party Balloons and the numbers are from Junior Varsity Alphabet.  The ink is recently retired Peacock with Polysparkle Tinsel Embossing Powder.

Here is another photo to show off the sparkle in this masculine card.

This is the fabulous Freshly Made Sketch that inspired my card layout:

Personallized Birthday Card with Fusion Sketch

My nephew (who happens to enjoy golf) just celebrated his birthday and thus warranted this special card:

The Happy Birthday greeting is from Party Balloons, name letters are from Junior Varsity Alphabet and the golf ball is from Tee Time--all retired Close to My Heart stamp sets.  The inks are Evergreen and Sapphire.  The background paper had no identifying marks on it other than "Golf".

Here is the wonderful sketch that inspired my card layout::

I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
     Addicted to CAS #172-- Birthday
Seize the Birthday--Off the Edge Option
Perfectly CAS--Birthday Using 1/3 or Less

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful week filled with fun and creativity!
