Everything is Rosy for Freshly Made Sketch #500

Congratulations to the Freshly Made Design Team for reaching a milestone number of wonderful sketches!  I pulled out some older SU papers and diecuts  to create this lovely card:

In this second photo you can see how sparkly the Rose Gold paper and frame are along with the Stickles Star Dust flower centers.

The coordinating card stocks are Flamingo and Sapphire from Close to My Heart along with the greeting from For All Occasions which will be available September 1. The Stitched Rectangle Frame Thin Cut Die was used for the outer border of the card.

Here is the fabulous Freshly Made Sketch that inspired my card layout:

Follow Your Art Featured in Fusion Crayon Challenge

Crayons or a sketch are the focus of this week's Fusion challenge. I liked the sketch and remembered that I had an old SU paper called "Follow Your Art" that would fit the theme.  To me the paper looks like it has a crayon scribbled background.

The coordinating color strips are Saffron, Sapphire and Poppy from Close to my Heart.  The sentiment panel is Ballerina and the greeting is from Card Captions which was stamped in Versamark ink and Sapphire ink and then embossed with Polysparkle Tinsel embossing powder which has a sparkle to it. (It was fun to use some of my older CTMH stash!)

Here is the fabulous Fusion Challenge graphic that inspired my card layout:

Color Bursts and Paper Garden Stamp for Tuesday Morning Sketch #619

I finally put this sparkly purple Color Burst panel to use in this birthday card.  The Paper Garden (retired CTMH) stamped image was white embossed and the die cut sentiment is from Honey Bee Bitty Buzzwords and Antique Gold Shimmer Paper.

I added a few 1/4" hole punched holes as extra accents.

My card layout was loosely based on this Tuesday Morning Sketch:

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #433 with Dreamin' Paper

Welcome back to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge blog post!  This week our sketch features 3 long panels with a center rectangle and a circle element.  I chose to slice up an older Close to my Heart paper called Dreamin' in 3 parts because this pretty paper will also qualify for the current Color My Heart Color Dare #456 which is to use colors on the opposite side of the color wheel.

Besides the Dreamin' paper my card features other retired CTMH products such as Goldrush Card Stock and Pacifica Card Stock.  The Scalloped Circle Thin Cut Die was cut from Almond Card Stock and the sentiment was cut from scraps from a Holographic poster board from a previous project with Honey Bees "Bitty Buzzwords" dies.

Here is our fabulous sketch this week.  Our challenge ends Sunday evening, August 15. You can link up your creation here.  We look forward to visiting your blogs and leaving some bloggy comment love.
