Penguin Birthday Card with Atlantic Hearts Sketch #613

Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post!  This week our sketch features a horizontal layout split in two with a sentiment and a focal image on the right side.  My niece just went to visit penguins in Antarctica so I chose a penguin from Close to my Heart's Winter Friends stamp set and snow printed paper from Recollections Starry Night paper pack.

Here is our fabulous sketch that inspired my card layout and for you to try.  Our challenge is open until Sunday evening, January 26 and you can link up your project here.  We look forward to visiting your blogs and leaving some bloggy comment love. Please stop by our blog on Wednesday to see what the rest of the talented Design Team has to inspire you.

I’m also entering this card into the following challenges:

Addicted to Stamps and More #484--Any Occasion

      Unicorn Challenge #105--Birthday

      AAA Birthday Game #69--Winter Birthday

Crafter's Cafe #315--Anything Goes, option of Birthdays

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful week filled with fun and creativity!

Penguin Birthday Card with Freshly Made Sketch #665

One of my male friends was visiting Antarctica recently and sent me lots of photos of penguins which inspired my card. The penguin stamp is from Close to my Heart (CTMH)"Winter Friends" and the sentiment is from CTMH "Dragonfly Wishes".  The paper strips are from CTMH "Gnomes for Winter," Recollections "Holographic Dreams" and CTMH Outdoor Denim cardstock.  I turned the sketch on its side so I could fit in the sentiment and penguin.

Here is the fabulous Freshly Made Sketch that inspired my card layout:

I’m also entering this card into the following challenges:
