Try Stampin' on Tuesday Sketch #487 Meets Shopping Our Stash #435 Color Challenge

 Here is a quick card I made by combining 2 challenges--Try Stampin' on Tuesday #487 and Shopping Our Stash #435 to use just Black, White and Red.

Serenity Cardmaking Preview with Case This Sketch #395

 This lovely wreath is from Close to My Heart's November/December catalog.  It comes with a matching die that has cuts to lift up the leaves to reveal color underneath.  The stamp set is called Serenity Cardmaking Stamp and Thin Cut Set and will be available on Sunday here. I think it works perfectly with this week's Case This Sketch #395.

Celebrating Atlantic Hearts 250th Sketch with Prize Giveaway

Hello my crafting friends!  I'm happy to share some exciting news today!  Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge is celebrating its 250th sketch!  Congratulations to Michelle Stewart and the Design Team whose vision created this wonderful challenge platform and all these wonderful sketches!  Please read to the end to find out about a prize giveaway that I am offering to help celebrate this milestone event.

Floral Birthday Card for Muse Card Club Challenge #212

Here is a rather quick card I made following this wonderful Muse Card Club inspiration photo.  The floral background prompted me to random stamp flowers and since I wanted to "make it my own" creation I changed the colors.

October Joyful Stars Blog Hop

My card this month features a new stamp set from Holiday Expressions called "Season of Magic".  The colors are Sea Glass, Ruby and Oh Deer paper.  The ribbon is Black Shimmer Ribbon from the Holiday Expressions catalog.  Inks are Fern and Ruby.

Color Dare #206 Meets Sketch Saturday #424

Welcome back to another Color My Heart Color Dare challenge blog post!  This week we are challenging you to use  all and only the colors from the Close to My Heart Florence paper pack.  These colors are:  Flaxen, Peacock, Poppy, Ruby, Saffron and Whisper.  Of course, if you don't have these exact colors yet you can substitute similar colors so you can still join in the fun.

Color Dare #190 Joins Retrosketch #211

Welcome back to another Color My Heart Color Dare challenge post!  This week we are challenging you to create something using the following Close to My Heart colors:  Ruby, Gypsy, Honey, Pear and Colonial White.

Foiled Hearts for Numerous Challenges

This card is very similar to the one I posted yesterday.  The stamps are the same but I swapped out the glitter hearts and La Vie En Rose paper for foiled paper pieces.

Pink, Red and White Love You Card for Friday Mashup #196

It is my pleasure to be a Guest Designer for the Friday Mashup--one of my all time favorite challenge blogs!


This week's Mashup Challenge is:
  • Create a project with the colors "Red, White & Pink". 
  • Create a project with "a Love theme". 
  • or Mash it Up! and create a Love themed project using the above colors

Going Gray for Cards in Envy

Gray--now that's a color I don't use too often and so I decided to take the challenge at Cards in Envy this week.  This card came together very quickly using the Freshly Made Sketch #170.
