Heart 2 Heart Numbers With Atlantic Hearts Sketch #307

My youngest sister will be celebrating a birthday in a few weeks so I combined the Heart 2 Heart Numbers challenge with Atlantic Hearts Sketch #307.  Retro Rubber Challenge is requiring the use of stripes and older stamps so I used those elements also.

     Belated Birthday greeting (retired about 4 years old)
     Dutch Blue market (retired--to write in "th")
