Numbered Birthday Card with Atlantic Hearts Sketch #488

 Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post!  This week our sketch features a side strip with overlapping panel with a sentiment and 2 elements.  My two elements are numbers that go along with the birthday sentiment.  (The label frame was cut from Art Philosophy cartridge and found in a baggie full of unused cuts.)  The stamped numerals are from a very old Close to my Heart set called "Friendship Alphabet" and Polysparkle Tinsel Embossing Powder was applied.
