Welcome back to another Joyful Stars Blog Hop! We are a group of Close to My Heart consultants who share something each month on the 9th and at 9PM EST. If you are coming from Joyce Gough's blog you are on the right track. (The complete lineup is on Joyce's blog in case you get lost.) Have fun being inspired!
Close to my Heart's Seasons in Motion is still available and I've had so much fun making cards with them. (Some of my other Seasons in Motion cards can be found here and here.) This promotion features fall and winter season animated cards. These products will be available until December 31 or until supplies last. These cards are so much fun to make!
My first card features the animation window reindeer and sentiment from Seasons in Motion with Almond Card Stock, Candy Apple Card Stock, Stitched Square Thin Cut Die, Toffee Ink, Candy Apple Ink, White Embossing Powder and Comfort and Joy Paper.
My second card uses the plain reindeer from the set using the Try Stampin' on Tuesday #486 sketch. Products used are Sapphire Card Stock, Sapphire Ink, Blue Belle Card Stock, Mix-in Paper, Animated Holiday Cheer, White Embossing Powder, Toffee Card Stock, Toffee Ink, Stitched Circles Thin Cut Dies, Stitched Brackets Thin Cut Dies and Clear Embossing Powder.
Which card do you like better?
Here is the Try Stampin' on Tuesday sketch that inspired my card layout:
I'm also entering this card into the Color My Heart Color Dare Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge. I used the left column of Blue Belle, Toffee and Sapphire.
I'm also entering these cards into the following challenges:
Cardz 4 Guys--Traditional Christmas
Christmas Craft Creations--Winter Blues
Simon SaysWednesday Challenge--Let it Snow
Watercooler Wednesday--All About Occasions
Now it's time to head over to Joyce Houck's blog --I'm sure you'll be inspired by what she has to share.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful week filled with fun and creativity!
:) Marie

What a great idea to use the other reindeer to make a card.
So that little reindeer is quite adorable!! Your card is sure to make some little guy smile!! Thanks for playing along with our "Traditional Christmas" challenge over at Cardz 4 Guyz.
Oh this reindeer!! I haven't had enough time to play with him. :) I really like your fun sketch of the second card, and like how you made the reindeer embossed! :) At least I'm thinking that's what you did :) Merry Christmas!!
Very cute, Marie - that embossed reindeer is darling, and I love those inlaid snowflakes! Thanks so much for playing at TSOT!
So Cute!!!
Lovely card. A nice layout and a great colour combination. Thanks for playing along with Color My Heart Color Dare. X
Marie, thank you for letting us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday inspire you for your super cute card! I like how you substituted the dear for one of the round elements. It looks like he's also heat embossed to give him more definition. Love your background paper... perfect for a snowy scene! -Donna
I never thought using serene colors would be so cute!! Your reindeer is just so darn cute. A wonderful holiday card. Thank you for joining us at CMHCD.
The first card is very clever. Thanks for sharing it with us at Watercooler Wednesday this week.
The reindeer is so cute! Both cards are wonderful! Thanks for joining us at Cardz 4 Guys!
Love the blue Christmas card - gives me the feeling of a chilly winter day! Super clever idea to use clear embossing powder on the reindeer to make him/her shine. Thanks for joining us at Try Stampin' On Tuesday.
