Encouragement Card with Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #527

 Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post!  This week our sketch features a horizontal layout with a thin diagonally striped background, central frame with a small tag sentiment and a couple of embellishments.  My card features mostly retired Close to my Heart products (No Worries papers, stamp from Boutique Scrapbooking Set) and some new dies from Kokarosa cut from Holographic paper used as my embellishments.
