Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post! This week our sketch features a striped bottom panel with an oval matted sentiment. My card features Celebrating You paper with Lagoon Card Stock, Lagoon Ink and Flourished Greetings stamp.

Great way to use patterned papers, especially ones from a collection. This would be a great card to mass-produce and to use up patterned paper scraps. Thanks for joining us at Happy Little Stampers ~ Birthday Challenge.
