Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post! This week our sketch features a large centered rectangular element with paper strips behind it. This gave me the opportunity to use up some zip strips from a Close to My Heart Paper Pack called So Much Happy. The stamp is several years old from Taylored Expressions. Twinkling H2O paints were used inside the letters.
After some thought I decided to add a die cut embellishment in the top right corner to complete the card. Which card do you like better?
Here
is our fabulous sketch that inspired my card layout and for you to try.
Our challenge is open until Sunday evening, January 23 and you can link up
your project here. We look
forward to visiting your blogs and leaving some bloggy comment love. Please
stop by our blog on Wednesday to see what the rest of the talented Design Team
has to inspire you.
I’m
also entering this card into the following challenges:

Marie, I thought I liked your first card a lot,,, then I saw what a difference adding the feather made! Isn't it amazing how wonderful little embellishments can add that extra oomph??? You definitely used at least three pattern papers (I counted 4!) as required by our Double Trouble "Mix 'Em Up" challenge... thank you for sharing your card and creative talents with us!!! -Donna
