Color Dare #274--Bashful, Glacier, Charcoal and Optional Silver
Welcome back to the first Color My Heart Color Dare challenge of 2018! This year our challenges will involve fewer colors with Black and White Daisy included. Our color palette for Color Dare #274 is Bashful, Glacier, Charcoal with Silver as an option. I used Close to My Heart's January Stamp of the Month "Bloom and Grow" as my focal image. It was stamped in Charcoal Ink onto Bashful Cardstock and then the leaves were painted with Glacier ink. Silver foil cardstock was used as the background stripe.
My card layout was inspired by this Freshly Made Sketch:

Your card is soft and pretty, Marie! I like the touch of silver over the embossed background, and the two-toned stamping on your focal image.
Really love that stamp, just saw it in the book and it's a need to have. Great use of your colors and love the embossed background...beautiful card. This makes me want to pull out the retired Happy Times paper pack as a background too...
What a lovely card! Using the "flat" side of the embossed background really gives a different feel to your card. I really like the Bashful paper used for your focal image, too.
Beautiful use of the Jan SOTM. I love that Rose embossed background with the silver strip layered on top. Gorgeous card :)
