Welcome back to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge blog post! This week our sketch features a vertical layout with a curved panel, circular focal frame and a wire or thread embellishment. My card features a sentiment from Close to my Heart's December Stamp of the Month called "Christmas Snow Globes" over a Scalloped Circle Die Cut frame in Jade Card stock. The background papers are Poppy with Plush Poinsettia special textured vellum (retired SU). The wire trim was recycle from a wine bottle.
Here
is our fabulous sketch that inspired my card layout and for you to try.
Our challenge is open until Sunday evening, December 31 and you can link up
your project here. We look
forward to visiting your blogs and leaving some bloggy comment love. Please
stop by our blog on Wednesday to see what the rest of the talented Design Team

Marie, what a creative talent you have! That flocked vellum is so pretty, and your inclusion of a wire from a wine bottle is so clever! Thank you for sharing your card and talent with us at Double Trouble!!! -Donna

Love the textured vellum and the color of the background paper. I'm not sure which pops more... the background or the pretty circle die sentiment, but beautifully completed. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and Use Your Stuff.
Great card, Marie! That was one crazy sketch but your interpretation is so pretty. Love the vellum. Thank you for sharing at Double Trouble Challenge #155. - Melanie R.
