Congratulations Card with Atlantic Hearts Sketch #543

 Welcome back to another Atlantic HeartsSketch Challenge blog post!  This week our sketch features a vertical layout with 2 overlapping vertical panels and a sentiment.  My card features Close to my Heart's Color of the Year--Journey Glitter Paper, Ink and Shimmer Brush, a vertical hearts die cut from Holographic Card Stock and a sentiment from "It's the Little Things" stamp set (retired CTMH).
