September Joyful Stars Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Joyful Stars Blog Hop! We are a group of Close to My Heart consultants who share something each month on the 9th and at 9PM EST. If you are coming from Andrea Sherman's blog you are on the right track. (The complete lineup is also on Joyce's blog in case you get lost.) Have fun being inspired!

My card features the September Stamp of the Month called "Feel So Blessed".

I stamped the feathers onto Adventure Fundamentals paper (Lagoon, Blossom and Pacifica) with Black Memento Ink and then fussy cut them.  The silver sparkled feather veins were made with the Silver Metallic marker.  The yellow background panel is Lemon cardstock with the Chalk Marker creating a background texture.  Thanks was stamped in Memento Black ink and matted with Raspberry cardstock and popped up with 3D Foam Tape.

Here is what the rest of the September Stamp of the Month includes:

Stamps

This fabulous stamp set is available for a limited time only.  You can get it for just $5 with a $50 order from your Close to My Heart consultant.  If you don't already have a consultant you can get it from me here.

That's marker? I thought you embossed those feathers! Great look. And what a fun way to make your own background paper, too. Nice job, girlfriend. Hugs, Debi

Love your chalked dots on the lemon background paper! Great way to add texture - I thought it was an embossing folder. The silver on the leaves really makes them pop.
