Here is a quick photo tutorial of how I created my multicolored panel:
Step 1: From left to right using Poppy, Blossom, Tangerine, Sea Glass, Emerald and Sapphire Inks were painted onto wet Cold Pressed Watercolor Paper. I used a heat tool to dry the paper.
Step 2: Rose stamps from the Keep Dreaming stamp set were stamped in Versamark ink (I applied an "embossing buddy" onto entire surface first) and sprinkled with Ranger Fine Detail Clear Embossing Powder.
Step 3: A heat tool was used to set the embossing powder. (It's difficult to see the embossed areas here until more water is applied to take away some color).
Step 4: Using a wet paintbrush paint over each stripe and dab with a paper towel. Note that the clear embossed images are easier to see on the darker colors on the right side.
The last step was to cut this panel in to pieces to use in card making.
The accent flower was stamped in Sapphire ink, sponged with Lemon and Tangerine inks. When the ink was dried I put the stamped flower directly onto Versamark ink and then sprinkled with Polysparkle Tinsel embossing powder, heat set and fussy cut.
